Ask the subject to sit in an attentive state.
Ask him to stretch his arms with full strength and hold his fists closed as tightly as possible.
Ask him to clench his teeth as tightly as possible.
Now say to him that whenever i count an even number close your eyes and whenever i say an odd number open you eyes.As i reach 15,you'll start to Feel Tired .As i reach 25,you'll feel that your tiredness has changed into trance and you'll Go into a deep sleep.
This technique is very much effective because clenching of teeth and stretching of arms for so long time makes the brain tired very soon.and rapid closing and opening of the eyes makes him more and more tired.And the subject loses no matter how sharp he is.
